Linda Zoroddu
Linda is a passionate yoga instructor specializing in Yin Yoga. Her journey into yoga began during her university years while studying Philosophy, where she developed a deep fascination for exploring the mind, human experience, and the nature of existence.
With her philosophical curiosity grew also her interest in the physical aspects of well-being. This led her to study human anatomy and the biomechanics of movement. Through her practice and teaching, she combines the meditative aspects of Yin Yoga with the energizing sequences of Vinyasa, offering her students a space to explore their minds and bodies, cultivate mindfulness, and find a sense of inner harmony.
