All classes are designed to challenge and inspire everyone from curious beginner to seasoned practitioner. We encourage you to talk to our receptionist to find the best classes that suit your needs. A great introduction to our studio is our Aura 1 Vinyasa flow and our yin restorative classes.
FAQs

What to wear | We suggest wearing clothes that allow your body to move freely. Practicing barefoot is encouraged.
What to bring | Bring your own water or purchase a bottle in our reception. If you don’t own a yoga mat, you can borrow one for free for your first class and rent one afterwards. We also have mats for purchase in our boutique.
Arrival | Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your session so that you can leave the outside world behind and settle on your mat before class starts. Our studio is shoe-free, with designated areas to leave your footwear.
Props | You’re welcome to use our props, blankets and mats. Please make sure to bring them back to their place and clean your mat after class.
Personal items | We have cubbies in our restrooms to hang and place your personal belongings.

Mindfulness | If you choose to bring your cellphone into the class, please be sure your phone is on silent mode.
If you have questions, you are welcome to speak to our teacher or receptionist before and after class. Our instructors will guide you through the unknown during your session. All we ask is for everyone to come with an open mind. We are here to ensure you get the most out of your practice.
Adjustments | Throughout your session, our teachers will offer alignment adjustments. These can be solely verbal if you prefer, just let the teacher know before class starts

Studio Amenities | Showers and shower products are available in the studio, however we kindly ask you to bring your own towel alongside any other personal items to freshen-up. Hair Dryers are available.
Private Sauna sessions are recommended to book in advance, please bring your own towel. Reference our sauna guidelines here

Bookings | Register and buy a class, class pack or membership online to reserve your preferred class.
Managing & cancelling bookings | Manage your class bookings and make cancellations online, via our website or easy to use Momence app. Just make sure to do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any late cancellation charges. Please review our policy here
