Sara Asquini
Sara approached yoga for the first time in 2013, the practice soon became daily, integrating and enriching a path of spiritual research that had already led her to embrace the principles of Japanese Buddhism. This search for a harmonious balance between body, mind and soul, brought her to move to Bali in 2017, in order to completely immerse herself in the world of yoga. In 2020, during the total chaos of the pandemic, she discovered she was expecting a baby. As many know, the joy of motherhood is combined with many other, more delicate, often hidden emotions. So, she decided to use this period of quiet and slowness to look further inside herself, exploring the mysteries of this changing body. Today Sara shares the experience she managed to accumulate over the years with other women helping them enrich this wonderful journey.

Titti Torchia
Titti started practicing yoga when she was seventeen, as therapy for her dance injuries. She was in New York, having an early career as a professional dancer (Martha Graham Dance Company, Elisa Monte) when she understood that yoga was a must, to feel better in her body. Her journey with the yoga practice started then, as she eagerly started to explore all different styles of yoga in NYC: Vinyasa, Jivamukti, Yin, Hatha, Hot and Bikram. Since then she has never stopped practicing, because she realized the power of yoga. Her classes are full of movement, deep breathing and smiles, and her mission is to try to make her students expand to their highest potential, teaching them how to listen to their body and to their own truth.

Sara Asquini
Valentina, a certified RYT yoga teacher, started her yoga journey in 2014 in California. The practice became her priority and after two years she decided to quit her job as legal translator to become a full-time yoga instructor. She knew immediately that her real dharma was to share all that yoga has taught her over the years of practice. She started her first 200hr teacher training and after that she met her teacher Jared McCann and she did her 300hr teacher training with him. It was life-changing, as consistent practice usually is. We discover who we truly are despite all fears, beliefs and layers that we put on top of our inner child, on top of our deep self. Sometimes we are called to face challenges and sometimes we will feel discomfort. With trust, love, kindness and consistent practice, we can discover who we truly are. Let’s move together.
